Sexual dysfunction is a problem that, by it's very nature, is extremely difficult to talk about, much less seek out help for. Because it is such an intimate and personal topic it is very important to face the issue and begin to find solutions to this problem.
Sexual problems are not an uncommon event. Everyone, at one time or another, can find this type of dysfunction frustrating, debilitating, and highly anxiety producing. When it happens to you it immediately causes feelings of fear and insecurity. It also can trigger an automatic response that will set you up for failure the next time you encounter the same type of situation. This is what we want to avoid at all costs. We must interrupt the cycle. We must block the pathways to the failure response and learn new positive response
There are many factors that come into play in this area. Some of these factors may be affecting you and some may not, but, it is important to look into each area.
